One of my all time favorite things to do is to go for a walk on the beach with my family...in any season. But I find a quick walk on the beach during the winter months really helps me to get over the winter blues. This past weekend we took a trip over to Rye, New York, and were able to get the much needed vitamin sea we all needed.
my son was so amazed that he could see the water through the cracks of the pier that he sat there for at leat 5 mintues just watching the water! 5 minutes in one place is a long time for 2.5 year old.
