It is rare when you meet somebody that you really connect with right away, but soon after moving to San Francisco I met this family through my son's new preschool and we became instant friends. We spent so much time together exploring and eating and drinking our way through the city. When I found out that they were moving back to Estonia I was heartbroken but we decided to do a family session to document one of their favorite neighborhood spots before leaving. It was a tearful good-bye back in September but thanks to the magic of texting and social media we still connect almost everyday. And what's even better is they are coming back to visit SF for a few weeks and I couldn't be more excited!
